The main way of volunteering at the Green is through the twice monthly work parties.

See the drop-down tab under 'Volunteering' for the current work programme.

There are also a number of other ways you can volunteer to help the Millennium Green including:

Helping with extra maintenance work during the week

Picture

Assisting with school visits - the local school brings 6 or 7 classes during the summer term to do various activities as part of their science curriculum

Bringing a group or society to learn about the history and archaeology or the various habitats and how they are managed or a children's group to do some fun activities

Volunteering your professional expertise and becoming an advisor or consider becoming a trustee if you have relevant skills or experience to offer.
